Esquire Fitness

Philosophy
"Speaking generally, all parts
of the body which have a function, if used in moderation and exercised in labors
to which each is accustomed, become healthy and well developed and age slowly.
But, if unused and left idle, they become liable to disease, defective in growth
and age quickly." --- Hypocrates
370B.C.
One of the primary points of
the Esquire Fitness philosophy is in complete agreement with old Hypocrates.
DO SOMETHING! BE ACTIVE! A little exercise is better than none at
all. He knew it, preached it over 2000 years ago and it is still true
today. Attendance at the fitness round table need not be a grueling,
dueling-with-the-evil-dragon experience. A little effort can go a long
way. On the other hand, remaining fit & healthy is a "use it or lose it" endeavor.
Esquire Fitness was started to
provide services for a variety of fitness and performance goals. However, our
main objective is the creation and maintenance of the healthy individual. The
basic elements of the Esquire Fitness Philosophy
for the healthy person includes:
<> Being
active. Make daily exercise a part of your lifestyle.

<>

<>
Increasing your cardiovascular fitness.
<>
Good nutrition.
<>
Smiling! A positive outlook is extremely healthy.
