Esquire Fitness
Programs All of our programs are customized for the individual based on his/her fitness and performance goals in conjunction with their current level of fitness. Programs will be developed for individuals who wish to: () Lose or gain weight and/or inches. () Increase muscle size and strength. () Improve cardiovascular fitness. () Improve performance or train for a particular athletic event. () Generate/maintain overall well-being, reduce stress and increase energy. Every program begins with a detailed Health History, an Exercise/Activity History and a Fitness Evaluation. Our programs are designed to not only get you the results you desire, but also to provide you with the knowledge necessary to continue on your own. Our Personal Training "Squires" will be of service within the Chicago, Illinois metropolitan area. We offer Individual sessions or Group classes.
